Liang Zhao from the Service Oriented Computing Group @CSE received the “Best PhD Student Poster” award for his work titled: "Building Interoperable Services across Clouds", at the Smart Services CRC Student Conference, December 1, 2009, Australian Technology Park, Eveleigh NSW Australia. Liang is a first year PhD candidate at CSE. He is working on evaluation, performance modelling and prediction for cloud computing systems, including dynamic services provisioning techniques. He is supervised by A Prof. Anna Liu.
