University Medal

In each graduating class in a primary degree program (BE in Software Engineering, BE in Computer Engineering, BE in Bioinformatics, BSc (Hons) in Computer Science), one, or exceptionally, two, outstanding first class honours graduates may be chosen for the award of a university medal. Award of a university medal in a program only occurs if there is a student who exceeds the criterion for award of first class honours by a significant margin.
